💰 Product Pricing
- 💸 Resellers must not sell below MHB Brands’ retail prices
- 🎁 Discounts/bundles require written approval
- 🚫 Peerals (rewards) are for end-customers only
🛍️ Brand Representation
- 🔒 Use of MHB Brands logo, product images, or content requires permission
- 📝 Product names/descriptions must remain unaltered
- 📢 Ads must reflect our brand values and ethics
🌐 Sales Channels
- 🏪 Allowed: Personal websites, social media, or physical stores
- ❌ Prohibited: Third-party marketplaces (Daraz, Amazon, etc.) unless authorized
- 🧾 Use of MHB trademarks without approval is strictly prohibited
📦 Orders & Payment
- 📊 Wholesale pricing & MOQ shared after approval
- 💳 All orders are 100% prepaid
- 🚫 No credit or Pay Later options available
🔄 Returns & Refunds
- 📦 Reseller orders are non-refundable unless defective
- 📸 Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours with photos
⚠️ Violations & Termination
- ❗ Breaches may result in suspension or termination
- 🚫 Unethical behavior or price undercutting leads to blacklisting
